A graduate of the University of Pretoria, Annelie began her career as a financial lawyer, advising clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. She later transitioned into risk management, overseeing risk governance, compliance, and internal audit functions for various financial institutions.

At Stonebridge, Annelie provides strategic legal and risk guidance, ensuring the company’s investment activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and aligned with industry best practices. Her expertise spans corporate governance, financial regulation, and risk management.
